Dee Ali
Kaylin Lee
Kaylin Lee is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in intensive care and cardiac cath lab. Her experience in high-acuity settings has strengthened her clinical judgment and dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She began her nursing career in 2017 and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Tarrant County College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University, and most recently her Master of Science in Nursing. As a resident of Clyde, Kaylin is proud to serve individuals and families in her community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients.
Dani Pratt
Dani is a born and raised Abilene native who has been in the psychiatric-mental health field since 2021. She completed her BSN at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Abilene, and worked as a registered nurse for patients diagnosed with psychiatric conditions and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Here, she found her passion in psychiatry, and decided to pursue her doctorate at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is now excited to provide top-notch, patient-centered care to individuals from her hometown and the surrounding areas.
Michaela Bradford
Michaela is a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, with a focus on building practical coping skills, fostering resilience, and promoting meaningful, lasting growth and healing. She began her counseling career in 2021 as a School Counselor in Albany and has since served as an Academic Counselor at Cisco College, as well as a counselor in private practice. Her experience in educational settings provides a unique perspective that enhances her clinical work, allowing her to effectively support clients navigating academic, developmental, and life transitions. As an Albany native, she is especially excited to bring her skills and expertise back to the community she calls home
Pam Williams
As a resident of Abilene, Pam received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Hardin-Simmons University. She has had extensive experience as a case manager, crisis counselor, and therapist. She sees clients age 6 to senior adult with an wide range of mental health issues.
Nannette Keith
Receiving her bachelor’s degree from Hardin-Simmons and her master’s from Tarleton State, Nannette has had over 20 years of experience in social services. She provides counseling to individuals, couples, families, and also leads group counseling once a month.
Mickey Reves
Mickey grew up in Abilene and the farm and ranch country between Stamford and Albany. He has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012, after having been a cowboy, soldier, hunting guide, pastor, and business owner. This gives him a diverse background of personal and professional experiences, which allows him to work with a wide spectrum of clients on a broad range of matters. His hope is that counseling is a safe and supportive space where he works together with clients to build their mental health; toward coping with the stresses of everyday and past experiences in life, realizing and utilizing their abilities, learning and working well, and connecting with their people and community.
Sterlynn Patterson
Sterlynn Patterson is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in cardiology. She has practiced as a Cardiology NP since 2017 and began her nursing career at Hendrick Medical Center in 2011. Prior to earning her RN-BSN, Sterlynn worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at ResourceCare, making her return to the organization especially meaningful. Originally from Breckenridge, Texas, she and her family have relocated to Albany. Sterlynn is married and has two boys, and she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She looks forward to connecting with the Albany community and giving back through compassionate, patient-centered care.
Jennifer Wilson
As a resident of Abilene, Jennifer has been working in the nursing field since 2000. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from McMurry University, she went on to receive her master’s degree from Hardin-Simmons University. She has experience in gastroenterology and neurology, while also striving to give patients quality health care throughout their lifespans.
Dr. Cynthia Perry
Dr. Perry was born in Abilene, Texas. She attended Hardin Simmons and UTMB Galveston as an undergraduate. She worked as a physician assistant for 12 years, then attended medical school at Texas Tech. She has been a physician in Breckenridge for 10 years, along with 7 years in Brownsville.
Carol Copelin
Carol has been in the medical field for over 35 years. In May 2008, she graduated from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi with her Master of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner. Carol is a highly trained Family Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical abilities and a successful career in both Family Practice and Urgent Care facilities. She is proactive and organized with passionate commitment to first-rate patient care.
Sherron Torres
Sherron received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry from McMurry College, then went on to become a Registered Nurse. She worked for 10 years before getting her MSN and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also had a private practice for 16 years in Merkel before joining ResourceCare.
Kimberly East
Kimberly East graduated with her Bachelors of Science in nursing from Angelo State University. She continued her education obtaining her Masters of Science in Nursing from Herzing University.
Kim is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 14 years of nursing experience. She has a background in emergency medicine, intensive care, internal medicine, operating room, interventional radiology, med-surgical, wound care, pediatrics, women’s health, inpatient rehab, geriatrics, long term care, and skilled nursing.
We are thrilled to have her joining our team at the Clyde clinic and she is looking forward to developing strong relationships with patients and families in our communities.
Alan Nichols
Alan began his career in the medical field as a licensed vocational nurse in 1998. He then received his Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2001. He furthered his education receiving his Master’s of Science in Nursing Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2004 from Texas Tech University. Alan continued his education through the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston-School of Nursing completing the PostMaster’s Gerontological Nurse Practitioner Program in 2008. Alan has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for 14 years treating ages 16 years and older and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). He is governed by the Texas Board of Nursing (BON) and is a member of Texas Nurse Practitioners (TNP).
Erica Preston
Erica was born in Eastland and graduated from the small town of Moran. She received her BSN-RN from Tarleton State University in Stephenville in 2015 and went on to receive her MSN-FNP from the University of Texas in Arlington, TX. Erica has worked in the medical field for 9 years. She began her career working as a PCU Telemetry nurse at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene and remained there until she completed her Masters in December of 2020. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and governed by the Texas Board of Nurses. She gained valuable experience in Family Medicine working as a Nurse Practitioner at B&W Healthcare Associates in Eastland, TX for 2 years prior to joining Resource Care. She has skills in performing minor procedures such as incision and drainage of abscesses, suturing of minor wounds, removal of skin lesions, and treatment of ingrowing nails. She is a compassionate patient advocate who is dedicated to providing excellent care to her patients through their lifespan.
Dr. JoAnne Paulk
Dr. Paulk has been at ResourceCare since 2009. She received her education in Kirksville, MO, and Groves, TX, to become a physician. She has been in the medical field for almost 20 years. She was honored with a Patients Choice Award in 2015. She also received Bridges to Excellence recognition from 2014-2016 and Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition from 2014-2017.
LaJeana Hayes-Long
Lajeana has been dedicated to the nursing field since 1994. After graduating from the University of Texas in Arlington with her bachelor’s degree, she went back to receive her master’s. She is currently a resident of Rising Star, TX, and has been working in the medical field for around 22 years. She has strengths in primary care, illness prevention, and health promotion throughout the lifespan.
Meagan Wheat
Meagan started her career in nursing in 2014. She practiced in PCU, OR, and Day Surgery). Meagan received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2014 from Texas Tech University and then went on to further her education with a Master’s of Science in Nursing and Family Medicine in 2019 from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. From her years of experience in the medical field Meagan has learned to put her patients first and be a patient advocate. She loves patient care and is eager and excited to start practicing as a Nurse Practitioner. Meagan has completed many clinical hours as a Nurse Practitioner and has performed many skills including diagnostics, assessments, medications, and minor procedures such as abscess drainage, sutures, PAP smears, and etc.
Dr. Mark Cavazos
Dr. Mark Cavazos, DDS obtained his bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and attended dentistry school at UT Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, graduating in 1986. He cared for patients in his private practice for 33 years.
Dr. Craig Cowan
Dr. Cowan attended the University of Texas in Austin where he received his undergraduate degree in Biology. He continued his education at Baylor College of Dentistry where he graduated in 1991 with his DDS.
Dr. Cowan is a dedicated and compassionate dentist with a passion for serving communities in need. With 28 years in private practice, Dr. Cowan has honed his skills in delivering high-quality dental care while fostering meaningful patient relationships and has now transitioned to an FQHC practice.
He is excited to embark on this new chapter in his career, embracing the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those that he serves.
Cortney Berkley
Cortney is a long-term Breckenridge resident who has been in the medical field for almost 20 years. Cortney received her BSN-RN from Tarleton State University and her MSN in nursing from Midwestern State University with a certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Cortney began practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for ResourceCare in 2015. She soon developed a passion for behavioral health. In September of 2019, she completed her studies and obtained her Post-Master’s Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She currently works at ResourceCare as both a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Tamryn Anderson
Tamryn is a native Breckenridge resident who has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She received her BSN-RN from Tarleton State University and then continued her education and obtained a MSN at Midwestern State University. Tamryn obtained her board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in September of 2019. She has served Stephens County and surrounding areas for over 15 years of her nursing career and is now excited to provide mental health care in her hometown.
Dr. Kerry Snow, DMD
Currently residing in Breckenridge, TX, Dr. Snow has been a part of ResourceCare since 2010. He has provided general dental services since receiving his Doctrine of Medicine in Dentistry in 1997 and has had two years of practicing orthodontics.
