We help redirect thoughts and behaviors positively to enable our patients to achieve their goals. Individual or family counseling sessions and group sessions are also available for patient convenience.

We understand you may have other problems and distractions that can add to life’s stresses. While we can’t help with all of the issues, our case managers try to find any resources that can provide for our patients. The help needed is often temporary, but it can make a big difference in someone’s life.
We partner with national organizations such as the United Way as well as local organizations to help bridge the gap to healthier outcomes.
